We’re taking over Mint Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in front of BB&T Ballpark starting at 2pm until 10pm for the SkyShow Street Party. 107.9 The Link will have kid crafts, coloring, and activities at the Interactive Kids Area. Whether you climb, slide or bounce down the street, there’s sure to be some fun for kids of all ages! Pick up your wristband at any kid’s activity for a small fee and play all day! News Talk 1110 WBT will be broadcasting live from the street with SkyShow Radio, so stop by and meet some of our personalities. While you’re at the WBT set, grab your free American Flag on your way into the Stadium thanks to Conder Flag Company. You’ll eat and drink your way through the Street Party as we celebrate our Independence, American style including food from vendors and trucks. As you walk the street, take in all the fun in the heart of Charlotte and enjoy our live music. We’ll have live entertainment from 3pm-9pm to keep you dancing until the fireworks shoot off! First pitch for the game is at 6:05pm as Team USA takes on Team Cuba. Tickets to the game will be on-sale soon. Join us as we honor our Veterans and Active Military with a patriotic flag ceremony immediately following the game. Afterward, you will be amazed by the largest fireworks display in the Southeast with the SkyShow Fireworks.
